Yes, you read correctly, this is a rare small lot of honey processed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Med-Dark Roast) is normally processed as washed coffee and is a treat on its own.  This lot was so impressive it made the washed seem ordinary.  A honey process removes the cherry skins and lightly washes some fruit off then dries the remaining fruit onto the bean.  This excentuates the sweetness & fruit characteristics while minimizing the over fermented nature of dry processed coffee. Additionally, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (Med-Dark Roast) offers an exceptional depth of flavor that coffee enthusiasts will surely appreciate.
