This Cuban Alto Lavado coffee grows on the particularly steep slopes of mountain chains, at an average altitude of 800 to 1200 meters above sea level.
Plantations are managed by state-owned cooperatives who never use artificial fertilizers. Control and development of the plants are done with care and importance is placed on maintaining and expanding natural growing methods.
Cupping Notes
One of the best kept secrets of the coffee world, this coffee is well-balanced, Smooth and creamy, mild spice with pipe tobacco finish, with good aroma and an incredibly long-lasting taste when medium roast.
