For local delivery, a minimum order of 2 lbs. is required. A $2 fee applies to orders under $100. Orders below the minimum will be available for pickup at our shop locations.

Q:Will there be a charge to the rest of BC, Canada and the US? 

There will be charges depending on the amount and the delivery area added automatically to the order.

If the delivery charges seem too high please contact us by email or call us to arrange a more cost effective way to get you the product.

U.S. Shipping & Customs Policy
Orders shipped to the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer once they leave Canada.
Republica Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any delays, holds, refusals, duties, taxes, seizures, or clearance issues imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any other U.S. authority.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all U.S. import regulations, including permits, licenses, duties, taxes, and required documentation.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued if an order cannot be cleared through U.S. customs for any reason.

Q:What is the limit of product qualifies for the $1.50 delivery 2lb minimum order in the areas listed?

There is no limit. There is free delivery for orders $100 or more in BC.

Q:How fast is the local delivery to the areas listed ?

With in 72 hours of roasting your coffee will be delivered.
We will try to roast your coffee same day ordered but we do not guarantee roasting day, we work with first order first delivery. Keep in mind that some days we are processing overwhelming amount of orders and we appreciate your patience. Please email or call us if you have any issues or questions.

Return Policy:

As we are selling a fresh food product we consider all sales final. Please contact us if you have any concerns or problems with your order and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

In the unlikely event on a company order error, customers have a 5 business days/ 1 week timespan to submit a return claim. Product will be exchanged and there will be no refund.
